Our team reviews your request against our policy guidelines and may reach out for additional information or to discuss alternative solutions.

Decision & Communication (3-5 Business Days)

We'll email you our decision with clear reasoning. If approved, we'll explain the refund amount and processing timeline.

Processing & Payment (5-10 Business Days)

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2-5 additional business days.

Early Withdrawal

If you need to withdraw within the first 14 days of enrollment and have completed less than 20% of the program materials.

Full Refund Available

Technical Issues

When platform problems prevent access to course materials for more than 5 consecutive days, despite our technical support efforts.

Pro-rated Refund

Medical Circumstances

Serious medical conditions that prevent course completion, supported by appropriate documentation from healthcare providers.

Case-by-case Review

Content Mismatch

If course content significantly differs from advertised descriptions, identified within the first 21 days of enrollment.

Full or Partial Refund

Please note that refund eligibility decreases as you progress through the program. After completing 50% of course materials, refunds are only considered for exceptional circumstances like documented medical issues or technical problems on our end.

Important Considerations

Refunds are not available simply due to changes in personal priorities or time availability. Our courses require commitment, and we encourage students to carefully consider their schedule before enrolling. We're always happy to discuss alternative solutions, including course deferrals or payment plan adjustments.

4 Payment Method & Processing Details

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for your original purchase. This ensures security and helps with your financial tracking. Here's what you can expect based on your payment method:

Credit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days after processing. Some banks may take up to 10 days to show the credit on your statement.

Bank Transfers: Direct deposits usually complete within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Digital Wallets: PayPal and similar services generally process refunds within 2-3 business days.

We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts for security reasons. If your original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements that comply with financial regulations.
